We pack, ship and have your order on the way as quickly as possible. If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email us and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened. Don't panic. Seriously. We'll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you.
Sometimes we experience delays, run out of stock or have problems with customers causing orders to go missing for a few weeks. Rest assured we can find out what the issue is and get it delivered.
If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?
- A little small and fit. Please order at least 1 size bigger than normal. We do not accept returns for orders unless they arrive damaged so please make sure you order the correct size!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- It takes 2-5 business days to process your order depending on volume and availability of items plus 5-15 business days to ship depending on the country of delivery.

- When your order is shipped you should receive a second email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order here.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER! IS THE REST OF MY ORDER IN ITS WAY?
YES. The rest of your order is on its way! We ship many orders in multiple packages. If you ordered a lot, generally the ready to ship products will ship out first so that you avoid waiting on those items that are already in our fulfillment center. Items are many times also split in multiple shipments if they have different crafting times so you get your threads as soon as they are made! When your order is split-shipped you should receive a second email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order here.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase date. We do not accept cancels after that because the order has typically been processed by then.
